This sweet juice is very popular with children but equally appreciated by adults as a pleasant thirst-quenching drink or as an accompaniment to a meal. Since 2004, with the support of special machinery, we have been sorting and pressing the apples, bottling and selling the juice directly in the company.
Already from flowering, the fruit in its growth phase is exposed to the natural forces of the sun, rain and hail. These notable climatic variations influence its future appearance and we know that the value of the fruit on the market is unfortunately strongly influenced by its appearance. Consequently, despite the high quality, a part of the harvest is destined for transformation into juice

FIRST EXPERIENCES WITH SWEET JUICE

The production of Fontecornino apple juice has very distant origins. Already in the 1980s, the first experiment was attempted in the cellar of the organic farm in Alto Adige with a squeezing machine made available by a farmer friend. The resulting drink was consumed with enthusiasm in the same family. This first “homemade” experience became the basis on which the current professional production of apple juice produced on the farm in Tuscany is based.
