DRIED FRUIT

Fruit drying is one of the oldest preservation methods. The ripe fruits are stoned, cut into thin slices and dried slowly at a very low temperature. Through this simple process, humidity is eliminated, the natural sugar content increases and the fruit keeps its precious content of vitamins and mineral salts unchanged.
Dried fruit is particularly suitable as a natural snack, especially for children and teenagers, as well as a vitamin-rich snack for walks and travel.

  • The apple rings we make are made exclusively from our own organic apples. After drying they retain the nutritional characteristics (Minerals and vitamins) of an apple, only in a concentrated form
